Obligations in the Stadium

What are the spectators' obligations in the stadium?
- In the stadium, violence may occur between rival supporters, and some fans might even invade the playing field. In most cases, such incidents stem from disturbance of order fanned by mob psychology.
- The key to preventing various accidents in the stadium such as violence, crushed death, etc. is to maintain order.
- To maintain order and comfortable viewing atmosphere, the following acts are prohibited in World Cup stadia:
1. Entry without an appropriate admission ticket or accreditation card, or ticket touting
2. Throwing or discharging of objects onto the pitch or seats; invasion of the field or entry without good reason into areas prohibited by an official
3. Loitering without good reason in entrance or exit areas, on steps or in corridors
4. Climbing on fences, floodlight towers or other structures, or standing on seats
5. Being in a state of intoxication or entering stadia in such a state
6. Entry or parking of vehicles or bicycles in places other than designated parking areas
 
- To ensure safety in World Cup stadia, do not bring the following objects:
1. Firearms, bladed instruments such as knives and scissors, explosives, poisons, firecrackers, gunpowder or other dangerous substances
2. Stones, bottles, cans, gas horns, PET bottles with caps attached, sealed paper packs or other objects which may be considered as intended to be thrown
3. Laser pens, whistles or other objects which may obstruct the progress of matches
4. Flagpoles, camera tripods, sticks, umbrellas or other objects which may be used as weapons
   * With the exception of folding umbrellas judged harmless by security personnel
5. Confetti
6. Alcoholic beverages
7. Ice chests, suitcases, packsacks or other large-sized luggage
8. Animals (with the exception of guide dogs for the blind and the hard-of-hearing)
9. Wireless communication apparatus (with the exception of mobile phones)
10. Helmets
 
- Particularly, to facilitate security check, spectators are requested not to bring any unnecessary metal objects or children without admission tickets.
