How soon spectators should arrive at the stadium?
Admission to the stadium begins 3 hours before each game , as the security check takes some time. It is advisable to arrive at the stadium at least 2 hours before a match to fully enjoy the various pre-game events.
 
Is admission allowed after a game has started?
Yes it is. However, it is advisable to arrive at the stadium in time and be seated at least one hour before a game.
 
Are children admitted without tickets?
No. No one is ever admitted without a ticket. Spectators must keep in mind that there is no facility in the stadium to take care of children, and that young children may be in danger should cheering for the Games become too demonstrative or even violent. FIFA requests that parents leave their infants at home even if they have purchased tickets for them.
 
What kinds of articles are banned at the stadiums?

It is possible for spectators to leave during a game and still gain re-entry?
No. No one is allowed to be readmitted once he or she goes out of the stadium.
 
How about vehicle parking facilities?
No vehicle without a special parking permit will be allowed to go beyond certain police boundaries near the stadium. All cars without a special parking permit must be parked in designated areas. It is advisable to use mass transportation to get to the stadium.
 
I understand that during the World Cup Games certain limitations will be imposed on the use of cars in the streets. What are the details?
In Seoul, Incheon, Suwon (the foregoing 3 cities are regarded as one area in this respect), Busan and Jeonju, no car with a plate number ending in an even number will be allowed in the street on even-numbered dates, while no car with a plate number ending in an odd number will be allowed in the street on odd-numbered dates during the period of the Games, if there is a match that day in the area. This is compulsory in these cities to ensure smoother traffic flow. The same applies in other cities where the Games are held, but the regulation is not compulsory. What about the subway?
