Currently, 350 flights connect Korea and Japan every week.
From May 2002, this number will be sharply increased by an additional
110 flights. 25 ferry services are available every week between the
two countries. By purchasing a Joint Ticket, you can travel freely
between Korea and Japan, and also inside the two countries by sea
and by train.
From Incheon International Airport, there are
flights to 21 cities in Japan including Tokyo, from Kimhae International
Airport and Jeju International Airport, flights to 4 cities
including Tokyo, from Daegu International Airport, there are
flights to Osaka. During the World Cup period when the demand
increases, charter planes are also planned to be in service.

Korea National Railroad provides Korea-Japan
joint ticket which is the most economical way to travel in Japan.
It can be used for Korea's Saemaul-ho, marine services between
Korea·Japan(Beatle 2·Beatle 3·Pukwan Ferry)
and Japan's railroad service. Fare for the route Seoul-Busan-Fukuoka·Hakada-Osaka
is 198,100 won(single fare), for Seoul-Busan-Oita is 128,000
won(single fare).
