Jejudo Island has often been traditionally referred to Samdado (an island of three many attributes), characterizing the island's abundance in three features; rocks, wind and women. The island is dotted with soft, beautiful sand beaches that stretch romantically alongside the azure blue sea.

Innumerable types of fish swim peacefully in the sea and visitors can enjoy a variety of maritime leisure activities. In the wide grassy meadows located on Mt. Hallasan, there are several tourist ranches that offer horseback riding. Tangerine farms, groves gold with the delicious, juicy fruits, are a unique feature of Jejudo.

In the coastal areas scenic sites abound, including spectacular sea cliffs and waterfalls. Jejudo is an internationally recognized tourist destination where every part of the island, be it sea, mountain or meadow. The exotic beauty of Jejudo creates romantic atmosphere, attracting thousands of newlyweds making the island most popular honeymoon destination for Koreans.
